The HORSE consortium partners have been carefully selected not only for their abilities to perform the tasks described in this proposal, but also because of the experience and background that creates a strong and solid basis for ensuring success of our project’s activities. The balance of the consortium with regards to industry, academia and SMEs, with a strong push for SMEs, leads to complementarity between the participants and to the appropriate balance of skills.
